Membership services

The RCSLT acknowledges the enormous changes taking place in the NHS and the wider health sector, and the burdens these changes place on our membership.

The RCSLT wants to ensure that our members receive the support they expect and need from their professional body.

We will be providing an enhanced information service for members, through our Membership team, RCSLT publications and our events programme.

Membership and information objectives

• The RCSLT will enhance its communications strategy, which will underpin our approach to communicating with our members, the media and the public
• We will conduct research to find out if the RCSLT's events, publications and online services meet members' needs
• We will maintain and improve information services for members, and identify an appropriate mix of online, email, telephone and postal communications
