Meeting the Commissioning Challenge pre-reading material

Please take note of the pre-conference reading material and details of the pre-conference work below.

The RCSLT Council has agreed that, whenever possible, RCSLT CPD opportunities should comprise blended learning and with this in mind there may also be post-conference CPD activities that we will ask you to participate in.

Options for Primary Care: it is recommended that you reflect on what you have read and consider how this might impact upon your service delivery and your service users; you can record this reflection as self-directed learning in your CPD diary.

Case studies: You will be asked to sign up for your preferred case study workshop, please note that this will be done on a first come, first served basis, so you are advised to consider your other preferences prior to the day.

Although the discussion group might not relate directly to your clinical area or type of service the aim of the workshops is to learn about how commissioners think and apply this learning to your own practises.
