RCSLT Study Day and AGM 2010 Learning Outcomes

The study day will provide delegates with the opportunity to:

Identify how service providers can improve the services they offer and the outcomes for service users
Learn how services have successfully released cash into the system or provide economic benefit – demonstrating the cost effectiveness and efficiency of speech and language therapy services
Emphasise the requirement for service users to be central to the planning and delivery of services
Consider what services are doing, and how they are doing it, and apply the learning from one service to others
Identify, through RCSLT membership and networks, innovation within the workforce and show how using the evidence base can support the development of speech and language therapy services
Share with each other how services have adapted to meet changing and demanding national agendas
