Retired Members Event: 'How did I find the time to go to work?'

Hosted jointly by The College of Occupational Therapists, The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and The Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists, this event was for retired members and members approaching retirement. Members:

• Received an update on current activities for retired members.
• Found out the latest money management issues affecting retired members and members approaching retirement.
• Heard about opportunities to learn new skills and how to use current skills in retirement.

As well as the above sessions, delegates learned about oral history taking and ideas for volunteering, learning new skills and IT.

This event was an excellent networking opportunity and delegates had plenty of time to mingle with the speakers and other delegates.
