Direct Payments Consultation

RCSLT is currently considering its response to the Department of Health's consultation on the Government’s proposals for piloting direct payments for health care. Subject to Parliamentary approval, the Health Bill provides power to make regulations allowing direct payments in authorised pilot schemes. The consultation document outlines how they propose to use this power and further information can be found on the PHB website.
