Scotland’s Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Secretary for Education and Skills, John Swinney MSP, requested an Action Plan for systemic change and growth of Scotland’s speech, language and communication assets.

Over the next few months RCSLT members and staff will be working in partnership with government officials, people who have lived experience of SLC needs, parents and all the agencies in a position to influence the intergenerational cycle to produce a transformative plan for Scotland’s children, young people, communities and nation.
