NHS Service Improvement training courses - in South West London

A series of service improvement training workshops for NHS staff have been planned to be held in Mitcham, South West London. They will be led by Richard Edgeworth, Service Improvement Consultant at the Support Services Partnership.

The first programme recently concluded and received positive feedback from those NHS staff who attended. Participants came from a wide variety of professional backgrounds and from many different NHS organisations both in London and across the country.

The workshops will be repated in response to the level of demand and interest in the topics covered in the first programme.

Delegates can attend as many workshops as they wish. The programme offers an excellent opportunity for:

• developing and enhancing service improvement skills
• providing continuing professional development in line with national and statutory requirements for professions
• meeting KSF requirements for service improvement and other skills
• a multi-professional/multi speciality learning experience professional networking
• time for reflection, innovation and inspiration away from the work environment
• improving patient care
