RCSLT response to Commissioning a Patient-Led NHS
15th September 2005
The RCSLT has drafted an outline response with FAQs on how new government plans to enhance patient-led care will affect SLTs working in the NHS and other areas.
Commissioning a Patient-Led NHS sets out the framework and timetable for the future structure of health services in England. The programme aims to deliver £250 million of savings, mainly from management and administrative costs.
The RCSLT encourages managers to engage in this debate, as it will affect how their departments and services will function in the future.
