Hurry, your chance to comment on draft workforce competences for dysphagia until 20 March

Skills for Health have made the draft workforce competences for dysphagia available for consultation until 20 March.

The announcement came in the second issue of Skills for Health's newsletter:
Evaluation of Workforce competencies for Dysphagia.

The newsletter announces that five evaluation teams across the UK have thoroughly tested the draft workforce competences.

"Once the feedback from the evaluation activities has been incorporated into the draft competences, the next stage is to consult widely upon the final draft versions," Skills for Health says.

Skills for Health posted the draft materials on their website on 20 February and invited everyone involved in assessment and care of individuals with swallowing difficulties to take look at and comment on the draft materials.

They are asking for feedback by 20 March in order to meet their deadline for completion of the final draft competences by 31 March.
