What do you do?

Many service specifications focus on outputs (what you do) rather than outcomes (what you achieve).

Commissioners and others want to know about quantitative and qualitative measures of the success and impact of your service. It is important to set out what you do, as that gives some indication of how you achieve your results, but it is very important that you develop clear and strong descriptions of both.

We will call this element of your evidence the "Service specification".
