Activity reporting
Quantitative measures describe, for example:
Client attributable activity - (both direct and indirect) e.g. how much activity takes place in your service, how many patients you deal with in a certain time, how much certain activities or aspects of your service cost, the percentage of new referrals to your service and the percentage of inappropriate referrals to your service etc
