Qualitative measures might also include endorsements from other NHS staff (for example, ENT surgery teams, stroke teams, paediatric teams, GPs) or other professionals involved with your patients (health workers, teachers, prison and probation officers, social workers).

Links to other services
It is very important that you illustrate how your service fits in with other healthcare and promotion activities and priorities. So it is crucial that you communicate:

• your service's contribution to multi/inter-disciplinary working
• the contribution your service makes to helping your wider PCT/SHA achieve results against overarching, cross agency strategies e.g. Every Child Matters
