Paid Author Role: RCSLT Strategy for Children’s Speech and Language Therapy Services


Are you a speech and language therapist who is passionate about working with children and young people?  Do you have experience of writing for a range of audiences? Are you interested in developing professional guidance that supports members in providing high quality services?

We are looking for a Supporting Author to work with us in producing a new document that will replace our existing children’s services position statement.

The work is estimated to take place from November 2017 to early 2018. More detail on reimbursement can be provided on request and would be commensurate with experience. 

  • Work with RCSLT Professional Guidance Manager to draft a strategy document that incorporates existing content generated throughout this project.
  • Review and incorporate feedback from relevant stakeholders to prepare a final version of this strategy document.

Paid Author Role: Developing professional guidance content for the new RCSLT digital platform

 

Are you a speech and language therapist with experience in writing for a digital audience? Are you passionate about the delivery of high quality services, as well as the chance to pursue CPD opportunities?

We’re looking for a Supporting Author to work with the professional development team in integrating existing content from Communicating Quality (CQ) Live  into our new digital platform.
 
The work is estimated to take place from November 2017 to early 2018. More detail on reimbursement can be provided on request and would be commensurate with experience. 
Opportunity to get involved.

  • Work with the professional development team to redraft and transfer existing content from CQ Live into new topic areas such as Professional Accountability and Autonomy and Planning Services
  • Merge existing guidance with new content arising from the RCSLT Strategy for Children’s Speech and Language Therapy Services.
  • Review and incorporate feedback from relevant stakeholders to prepare a final version of the online guidance.
