Swallowing Awareness Day is an opportunity to discuss the impact of living with eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties, and to raise awareness of how SLTs can help.

Swallowing Awareness Day

Swallowing Awareness Day will be held on 16 March 2022, as part of NHS Nutrition and Hydration Week (14 – 20 March).

We encourage all RCSLT members to get involved with raising awareness of how SLTs help people living with eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties.

Here, you can download materials to share with your networks.

Don’t forget to post your news and pictures on your social media channels, using the hashtag #swallowaware2022 and tagging @RCSLT.
