The purpose of this webinar was to share service providers’ experiences of improving services across boundaries between social, health and voluntary sector providers. This webinar's aim was to:

  • Consider the experience of creating a patient-centred model across organisations and encourage an enabling model of rehabilitation service delivery
  • Describe approaches to achieving collaboration with other organisations
  • Explore ways of maintaining momentum in service improvement and the leadership required to do this

Participants heard two examples of how better working together has enabled better service delivery to:

  • Understand alternative ways of engaging with partner organisations to deliver good rehabilitation
  • Be aware of how these services overcame barriers and be able to consider ways in which they are applicable to their own circumstances
