Building a business case webinar

Chair, Kamini Gadhok MBE, RCSLT CEO, David Amos, SLT service managers, Sue McCormick and Diane Payne, look at clinical business skills for SLTs working in adult services. This webinar provided the framework and tools to apply them in a variety of clinical areas. There were also several case studies from the speakers.
