Aims and objectives

By attending this event delegates will:

  • Gain an understanding of how developing resilience and being equipped to transform for positive change at all levels can benefit service-users, SLTs and communities
  • Hear from SLTs who have put resilience into their working practice to improve outcomes
  • Understand the role of the SLT in helping to build resilient communities
  • Learn about how to help develop resilient networks of SLTs
  • Develop an understanding of 3D engagement as a tool in building resilient relationships with clients
  • Have an opportunity to input into RCSLT business via the Wales Hub Forum
