About this Scoping Survey

RCSLT is undertaking a review of the clinical guidance process. The review will consider:

Does our clinical guidance and associated resources meet the needs of members?
Does the process have appropriate rigour and robustness?

The following interim objectives have been identified:

To undertake a review of the current process for RCSLT developing clinical guidance.
To make recommendations on any changes to the process for RCSLT developing clinical guidance.
To develop a quality impact analysis on the recommendations to support with decision-making.

This survey will provide information to inform the scoping meeting which is planned for September 2026. It will provide an insight into what members think about the current format and process used for RCSLT clinical guidance.
