CPD Diary member survey

The RCSLT is eager for some feedback on how our members plan, track and manage their CPD, to help us refresh and improve our CPD Diary.

If you can spare a few minutes to fill in a short survey, we’d be very grateful. The closing date for responses is midnight on Monday, 3 November 2025.

All members who complete the survey will be entered into a free prize draw to win a £50 John Lewis voucher.

Terms and conditions

  1. The prize draw is open to current RCSLT members, excluding RCSLT staff. Entry in the competition is free of charge. Any member may participate if aged over 18. Entries are limited to one per person. By entering you agree to these terms.
  2. The prize draw is open until Monday 3 November 2025.
  3. Entrants need only provide their name and email address for the prize draw and such details will only be used by RCSLT for the purposes of the prize draw.
  4. All responses will be treated in confidence and used only to shape our future digital plans. Any collected data will be held in line with RCSLT policies.
  5. Entrants will be selected at random for the prize.
  6. The prize is a John Lewis gift card to the value of £50 for one winning entry. RCSLT reserves the right in its absolute discretion to substitute a cash alternative for any prize. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Insurance is not included with any prizes. Promoter accepts no liability or damage incurred during delivery.
  7. All prizes are subject to availability.
  8. RCSLT reserves the right in its absolute discretion to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
  9. All copyright in the entries will rest with RCSLT.
  10. The RCSLT  will arrange delivery of the prize to an agreed UK, Isle of Man or Channel Island address.
  11. The RCSLT  will not be liable for the condition of the prize whilst in transit.
  12. The selection of the winners will be conducted randomly. The RCSLT ’s selection is final.
  13. The winner will be contacted by email no later than 7 days after the close of the survey. If the winner cannot be contacted during this period, RCSLT reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random and thereafter until a winner is found.
  14. No correspondence will be entered into and legal proceedings are barred.
  15. The RCSLT reserves the right to change any detail of this survey and / or prize at any time.
  16. In case of technical manipulations or non‐compliance with these terms, The RCSLT reserves the right to exclude participants from the survey, delete multiple entries or abort the entire survey. The RCSLT accepts no liability or warranty.
