Most meetings will be two hours long and will provide an opportunity for questions, discussion, group working and feedback as we develop the first draft, which is due in February. We are also planning a longer online meeting in November to review the scoping survey findings and analysis, and to discuss how these will inform the work going forward. We may not need the full time allocated for the November meeting, but we have scheduled a longer session to ensure there is enough time for discussion and for everyone to contribute.
