Many thanks to members for providing ongoing feedback as we implement the new RCSLT website and online continuing professional development (CPD) diary.

The new website is a major project and will enable us to deliver a modern web experience to our members. Through this member feedback, the RCSLT has been made aware of several issues relating to the design, functionality and usability of the new CPD diary.

We acknowledge that this is a key function for members, and we aim to deliver a diary based on users’ needs. We are aware that fundamental components of the diary have fallen short of member expectations, and we would like to apologise for this.

We are currently working towards a solution and this has been assigned the highest priority for the RCSLT Digital team, who are working to rectify the issues as soon as possible.

In the meantime, we would like to offer two options:

  1. Those members who are already using the new diary and have not experienced any problems can continue using the diary as it is. This is available through the member profile on www.rcslt.org,
  2. Members can continue to use the historic CPD diary available at cpd.rcslt.org.

With both these options the RCSLT will of course assist members in accessing and exporting evidence for the upcoming HCPC audit, and will support you throughout this process.

We will continue to update members on the progress of this work through regular news items and through our Enquiries team.

The team is available by telephone and email to respond to any specific queries you may have, to assist with troubleshooting issues you may encounter with the diary, and to receive feedback on the new online systems.

See the contact us page to get in touch with us by telephone, or through the online enquiry form.
