We are pleased to announce that we have launched two learning journeys to support you with your Leadership and Influencing skills.
The learning journeys are set up so that you can dip into modules and complete them in whatever order you like. Each module is structured so that you can learn the basics from the main content, but also delve deeper into the subject via links to further information if you want to learn more.
They also contain scenarios for you to work through on your own, or with colleagues, as well as self-assessment questions for you to gauge where you are on your personal leadership and influencing development journey.
Influencing learning journey
This learning journey will take you through the key things you need to know about influencing including: techniques to improve your communication and presentation skills; the importance of empathy and emotional intelligence; managing conflict; and how to influence without authority.
Leadership learning journey
The Leadership learning journey is designed to improve your self-awareness, knowledge and confidence in leadership. It is for you whatever their career stage or clinical setting. It covers leadership concepts, developing leadership skills, creating positive teams, change management and improvement.
