We are delighted to announce the rebranding of BBC Tiny Happy People, now part of the newly launched CBeebies Parenting – a hub of trusted advice, expert insight and accessible resources designed for parents and caregivers of children aged 0–6.
The Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) is proud to continue our longstanding partnership with the BBC Tiny Happy People team. This collaboration has supported the development of engaging, evidence-based content that helps parents understand and support their child’s speech, language and communication development from birth. Many of our members have generously contributed their time and expertise to this important work, and we thank each one of you for helping bring these vital messages to families across the UK.
The newly rebranded CBeebies Parenting builds on the great success of Tiny Happy People. While the name and branding have changed, the same high-quality resources remain in place – with existing web links, QR codes and URLs continuing to work as normal. The rebrand ensures that these materials reach even more families through the trusted and widely recognised CBeebies platform.
To mark this exciting new chapter, RCSLT attended the official CBeebies Parenting launch event, where we were honoured to meet Baroness Floella Benjamin – actor, singer, presenter, author and politician. Baroness Benjamin kindly signed a message congratulating RCSLT on our 80th anniversary, a memorable moment that highlighted the shared commitment of our organisations to giving every child the best start in life.
We look forward to continuing this important partnership and supporting families with the information and tools they need to help children thrive.
