Since 2009, Rachel Wickson worked for the NHS as a Community Paediatric speech and language therapist. She is now part of West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust’s Integrated Community Paediatric Services, supporting school-aged children with complex needs across specialist education settings. Rachel is passionate about helping children and young adults develop their communication through creative, neuro-affirming approaches. She loves using creative arts to build connections and therapeutic relationships to support creating lasting change for the children, young adults and families she works with.
