RCSLT paediatric laryngology guidance application form (lived experience)
The RCSLT will be starting to develop guidance on paediatric laryngology (voice box difficulties). RCSLT’s vision is to co-produce our information with people with lived experience and are looking for people who have lived experience of paediatric laryngology (voice box difficulties). This could be a relative or carer of a child (including parents or guardians). This could also be an adult that experienced difficulties with their voice box as a child. Unfortunately, we are unable to include children and young people under 18 directly to co-produce at this time therefore we are appreciative of any parent/carers/guardians who would be willing to represent their child in this process.
