RCSLT appoints Ceara Gallagher as head of Northern Ireland office

The RCSLT is delighted to announce the appointment of Ceara Gallagher as the new Head of RCSLT Northern Ireland Office. Ceara will take up her role on 18 March 2019.

Having worked as a speech and language therapist for over 23 years for the South Easter Health and Social Care Trust, Ceara will bring a wealth of experience to her new role with the RCSLT.

Currently, as Clinical and Service Lead for Developmental Language Disorders (DLD), Ceara has been instrumental in leading service development, policy, and clinical pathways for DLD trust-wide and is a strong advocate for both the profession and the people it supports.

She has been a Giving Voice campaigner for the past four years and is currently Chair of the RCSLT Northern Ireland Hub.
