Ella James is a Newly Qualified Speech and Language Therapist working within paediatrics in West Essex, following completion of her degree at Plymouth Marjon University. Since beginning her degree, Ella developed a strong passion for raising awareness of speech, language, communication and swallowing needs, as well as promoting speech and language therapy as a whole.
Growing up, she often used extracurricular clubs as an escape. Therefore, during her third year of university, while serving as President of the Giving Voice Society, the aim was to raise awareness of the difficulties individuals with SLCN may face when participating in extracurricular activities.
