Professor Sarah Wallace OBE is a Consultant SLT working at Wythenshawe hospital, Manchester University NHS Foundation trust. She specialises in critical care, fibreoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES) and tracheostomy, splitting her time between clinical work, critical care research and expert advisor work, and giving presentations, often internationally. Sarah volunteers for speech and language therapy and wildlife conservation NGOs and loves hiking and yoga in remote places.
