Nominations for the annual RCSLT Awards for 2024 are now open. This year’s awards include eight new categories, as well as the Honours awards, in which you can nominate until 25 June 2024.
The RCSLT Awards are an opportunity to recognise the achievements of our members and celebrate those who have supported and championed speech and language therapy and made a difference to the lives of service users.
This year’s awards allow you to nominate yourself or others across eight new categories, to celebrate the impactful activities and achievements of those who have contributed to improving the lives of people with communication and/or swallowing needs. The categories are:
- Championing the value and impact of speech and language therapy
- Co-production with service-user partners and their families
- Developing and supporting the profession
- Excellence in research and development
- Fostering equality, diversity and inclusion
- Innovative solutions and new ways of working
- Inspiring leadership in speech and language therapy
- Rising Star
In addition to these, there are also our prestigious Honours Awards which recognise leaders at all levels within and outside the profession who have made outstanding contributions for the benefit of service users and the profession itself. Members are invited to nominate colleagues for a Fellowship or Honorary fellowship.
