The RCSLT Awards celebrates the passion, innovation and dedication of RCSLT members and supporters who have helped transform outcomes for people with communication or swallowing needs.
This year for the RCSLT Awards, there are seven award categories recognising outstanding achievements from across the profession. Whether you’re nominating a colleague, a team or yourself, this is your chance to highlight work that is changing lives and shaping the future of speech and language therapy. Members and non-members can submit nominations.
The categories are:

- coproduction with service-user partners and their families
- developing and supporting the profession
- fostering equality, diversity and inclusion
- innovative solutions and new ways of working
- inspiring leadership in speech and language therapy
- rising star.
Honours Awards
Alongside these categories, nominations are also open for the prestigious Honours Awards, which recognise exceptional leaders and champions within and beyond the profession who have made a significant contribution to service users and the speech and language therapy profession. RCSLT members can nominate colleagues for a Fellowship or Honorary Fellowship.
