RCSLT unequivocally condemn all forms of racism, islamophobia and discrimination.
Today there are RCSLT members going about their work faced with unacceptable risks and challenges, and we stand in solidarity.
We recognise the profound impact that these events have on our members, colleagues, and the communities we serve. The RCSLT is committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment where everyone feels valued and respected, regardless of their race or ethnicity.
To our members, we want to express our deepest empathy and support. In these challenging times, we are here for you.
The RCSLT will continue to advocate and work for equality and justice, working to ensure that our own practices and policies reflect our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
For support on raising concerns relating to racism in the workplace, see our diversity and inclusion pages.
If you or anyone you know are a victim of a racist or religious hate crime, you can seek support and advice for your local area.
