Alafiya Sachak is the Director of Allied Health Professionals and Nursing at the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, having progressed from Head of Therapies and is a Speech and Language Therapist by profession. Her career has taken her across the globe, working with both adults and children in the US, India, and the UK. Currently, she also serves as the Chair for the South East AHP BAME Strategic Advisory Group.
