Danielle Holbrook is a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist working in head and neck cancer at Bristol Foundation Trust. Through an NIHR Health and Care Professional Internship, she is exploring the lived experience of audible difference after laryngectomy, with a particular interest in laughter, identity and social connection. She is passionate about co-producing research with people with lived experience and helping create a stronger clinical academic pathway for allied health professionals.
