6 November 2023

Submissions to the prize are open from 6 November – 15 December

The annual IJLCD student project award is now open for nominations. An annual initiative run with the RCLST, the award celebrates the achievements of students, highlights SLT research as a future career path and recognises students’ place in the research process.

Supported by Wiley, who publish the IJLCD, the awards are available in two categories:

  • Research projects and literature reviews
  • Other projects (including research proposals/protocols and clinically applied projects)

Winners will receive a £250 cash prize and the opportunity to present their project in poster form as part of the next RCSLT conference or study day.

How to enter

Final year students who have submitted their projects during their institution’s 2022/2023 academic year are eligible to be nominated for the award.

Nominations must be made by a HEI, who may make one nomination (from either undergraduate or postgraduate programmes) per institution.
