We are deeply saddened by the death of Lord Ramsbotham. He was both an Honorary Fellow of the RCSLT and our first ever Honorary Life Vice President. We are very grateful for everything he did for the speech and language therapy profession over the years.
A true friend and champion for people with communication needs, especially children and young people, he will be greatly missed.
Our thoughts are with his family at this very sad time.
