3 April 2023

We are now in the new membership year 2023/24 and a big thank you to all our members for continuing to work with us to help the profession flourish. We are stronger together and we will continue to champion SLTs at the highest level, as well as facilitate and produce research and professional guidance to support you.

In response to member feedback and to further meet our ambitions to be more sustainable, we have switched to digital membership cards. Like your physical membership cards, the digital cards display members’ names, membership number and membership category, they also feature a QR code that can be scanned by mobile devices to verify your membership status. Your membership card will be stored on the RCSLT website and can be accessed on the member home page once you have logged in.

Watch our short video for guidance on how to view your digital membership card.

While you are on the membership home page, this is also a great opportunity to make sure all your details are up to date and tell us a bit more about yourself so that we can get a clearer picture of speech and language therapy across the UK and better support the profession.  Simply select the ‘your profile’ option on the member home page.

The RCSLT is here to support you and we have a welfare fund for any members experiencing financial difficulties.

Don’t forget you can claim tax relief on your membership fees. Find out how to do this on the HMRC website.
