The Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) is looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator to work within the dynamic digital team.

This role would suit an experienced Salesforce Administrator, who can confidently handle the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our database for both staff users and our membership. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have the ability to combine their strong problem solving skills with pragmatic Salesforce solutions.

The candidate should enjoy all aspects of database management and training users to make the most of their CRM. You should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solutions. Most importantly, you must be a strong communicator and skilled at working to identify, develop and deploy new processes to the platform.

About the role

The Salesforce Administrator will work within the Digital team, to continuously monitor and improve our database and optimise the organisation’s Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud platform. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, the Salesforce Administrator will improve efficiency in the ways we use our CRM to carry out our strategic mission.

Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, delivering training, documenting customisations and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning as the platform develops. The Salesforce Administrator would be up to date with all of Salesforce’s new and retired features and would ensure the team is up to speed with these. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable working closely with colleagues across the organisation and also with external members of the RCSLT. The ideal candidate will also help increase user adoption of Salesforce by inspiring confidence and eliminating knowledge barriers amongst colleagues, and will have experience in managing and maintaining data on CRMs.

  • Fixed term contract: 6 months from commencement (with possibility of extension)
