About the project

As part of a Health Education England (HEE) funded programme to support allied health professions (AHP) workforce reform priorities, the RCSLT has established a project to develop a RCSLT professional development framework.

Read more about the overall workforce reform programme.

What is the purpose of the framework?

The framework is a resource that has been co-created by and for speech and language therapists. It is a structure by which existing skills and experience are recognised, and learning and professional development needs are identified, at all career levels, across all settings.

Project Outcomes

The RCSLT Professional Development Framework was launched at the end of March and can be accessed here.

Help us spread the word on social media with #RCSLTProfDev.
