We are disappointed that the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) plan to significantly increase fees for the second year running. The 20% increase is deeply out of step in the middle of a cost-of-living crisis.

Costs for ongoing reforms to regulation should not be met by our members.

Along with other Allied Health Professional (AHP) organisations, we have raised concerns about HCPC’s performance and we are willing to work with them to find solutions to provide more cost efficient regulatory services for our members and other AHPs.

We will be working on a response and will also advise our members on how to respond.
